Pursuant to the State of Indiana law, IC 5-14-3-3.3, the Town of New Chicago, IN will be implementing a Public Record Request Portal for all public records requests. The Public Record Request Portal is currently under construction and is anticipated to be ready for use no later than the end of the day July 24th, 2026. A link to the portal will be found on the homepage of the town’s website and will also be listed in the menu at the top of the website once this system is active.
